Through an exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared our helmet’s CAD designs and studied the malleable skulls of young children with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Because children’s heads are softer and still growing, using low density foam - and more of it - was the outcome of this partnership.DATA DRIVEN INNOVATION: Coming out of our KTH and Mips partnership, the Shuffle 2 LED had increased the amount of low density foam inside by 18%, only growing the overall size of the helmet by 5%.COMFORT: The Shuffle 2 LED may have the latest and greatest technology inside, but that only matters when the helmet is worn properly. That’s why Shuffle 2 LED features specific child oriented sizing and our SX headset fit system, to help it stay properly fitted and comfortable, whenever it is worn. The easy-to-use tri-fix web splitter makes getting a ‘fuss-free’ fit incredibly simple, all adding up to a helmet they’ll beg to wear.LED LIGHT: The Shuffle 2 LED comes equipped with an integrated LED tail light for increased visibility. The LED tail light seamlessly blends with the helmets design, allowing kids to revel in the joy of discovery while parents rest assured that their child is always within sight.UNLEASH THEIR IMAGINATION: On the outside, the Shuffle 2 LED comes in energetic colors sure to inspire fun and creativity from adventure-hungry kids. The included sticker pack offers a retro vibe with a modern twist with bright graphics and lettering for even more personalization. After all, getting our young riders excited enough to want to wear their helmet everyday is the number one goal.

Ahora, incorpora un renovado panel frontal con membrana Polartec®, que ofrece protección contra el viento, repelencia al agua y una transpirabilidad excepcional, asegurando el equilibrio perfecto entre aislamiento y ventilación. El interior con microfleece aporta un extra de calidez en condiciones extremas, mientras que el exterior recibe un tratamiento repelente al agua adicional, proporcionando una protección total frente a la humedad. Su parte trasera mantiene un alto nivel de transpirabilidad, permitiendo una eficaz evacuación del sudor incluso en los momentos de mayor esfuerzo.

Su diseño también ha evolucionado, con paneles laterales más afilados, una silueta de espalda optimizada y nuevos puños minimalistas. Mantiene su ajuste Perfect Fit, entallado pero adaptable a distintos tipos de ciclistas y disciplinas. En cuanto a almacenamiento, dispone de tres bolsillos traseros con sistema GRS y fuelle inferior para mejorar la ventilación, además de un cuarto bolsillo con cremallera para guardar objetos de valor de forma segura.
